New Video Tutorial Focuses on the FIA Institute Young Driver Excellence Academy The Road Racing Drivers Club’s (RRDC) highly acclaimed www.SAFEisFAST.com website today launches yet another new video tutorial, focusing on the European-based FIA Institute Young Driver Excellence Academy – a “Top Gun School” for elite up-and-coming drivers – and welcomes a new Online Instructor, Brandon Fry, who will be available to answer questions on a broad range of engineering topics.
