Hauck Tops at MIS
Week Eight of Season One 2012 saw the NASCAR iRacing.com Class B Series travel to one of the longest ovals in the US of A. A two mile, high-banked oval located in Cambridge Township, Michigan International Speedway is known for very high speeds as well as exciting racing. During the week, 903 sim racers entered at least one online race while 288 of them turned one or more qualifying laps. Thursday’s SoF race took place at 8:30pm EST and had 25 drivers make the race. Phil Juhring (New Jersey) continued his hot streak as he qualified on the pole for the race but was quickly passed by Brandon Hauck (Eastern Canada), who started in second.
