Force India/Aerolab case settled

Force India's long-running legal dispute with Aerolab, Mike Gascoyne and the Caterham F1 team has been settled at the High Court of Justice in London today. Mr Justice Arnold ruled that the team had "come nowhere near" establishing that Aerolab had systematically copied significant parts of Force India's design when designing the Team Lotus T127.
