Spengler: BMW test ‘a step forward’

Bruno Spengler believes BMW is in excellent shape ahead of the new DTM season after making "another step forward," during three days of testing at Estoril in Portugal. Spengler, who switched from Mercedes to BMW during the winter, was one of six drivers on hand for the manufacturer, who completed more than 2,500 miles of running this week. The Canadian now thinks BMW can be quietly confident about its hopes of running competitively from the outset
